Note: This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how Pillowo handles booking cancellations, refund processing, and related financial charges.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. Please check the specific cancellation policy displayed on your booking page and confirmation voucher before booking.

  • All cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the hotel.
  • To cancel, you must use the Pillowo Platform or contact our customer support.
  • Please note that a mandatory cancellation charge of 5% of the total booking value will be deducted if the booking is cancelled.

2. Refund Processing

We strive to process refunds as efficiently as possible:

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the hotel's cancellation policy.
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive confirmation/funds from the hotel.
  • Processing time may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Pillowo's service/convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Bank processing fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
